Join our group workshop to talk about our stress together, and know we are not alone. Things have been been crazy within the last few years and our feelings can easily become overwhelming. The longer we hold and suppress those feelings the stronger and more powerful they can become. We want you to be part of our reduce stress and enhance well-being group where you can be open and honest about your feelings and we can work together to learn and practice new ways of releasing stress. You will also receive the HeartMath EmWave2 biofeedback monitor to use during the 10 week session and afterwards.

What is the nature of stress?
How we react to stressful situations
Trying new ways of responding to stress
Practicing new tools and techniques for self-care
What can I hope to accomplish in this course?
Increased sense of calm and well-being
Focus on taking time and space for myself
Presence of mind to make clearer decisions
Courage to be less reactive and more responsive
We will also discuss any additional questions/concerns come up within the group at any time. If you don't feel comfortable talking in front of the group, you can also post on the discussion group page or email me your question/concern and I would be happy to bring it up unanimously.
