Dear Stressed Woman, Are you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from the daily grind? It's time to take a step back and prioritize your well-being. As women, we often put everyone else's needs before our own, but it's crucial to take care of ourselves first. Our group coaching sessions are designed to provide you with a supportive and nurturing environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others.  Here are some of the wonderful stress reducing and self-regulating methods you will learn.

What is included in the group coaching program?

 

Join our group workshop to talk about our stress together, and know we are not alone. Things have been been crazy within the last few years and our feelings can easily become overwhelming. The longer we hold and suppress those feelings the stronger and more powerful they can become. We want you to be part of our reduce stress and enhance well-being group where you can be open and honest about your feelings and we can work together to learn and practice new ways of releasing stress. You will also receive the HeartMath EmWave2 biofeedback monitor to use during the 10 week session and afterwards.

We will also discuss any additional questions/concerns come up within the group at any time. If you don't feel comfortable talking in front of the group, you can also post on the discussion group page or email me your question/concern and I would be happy to bring it up unanimously.
