This is the preview site for Group Coaching for Stress Reduction and Well-Being.

This coaching group is for women who are ready to learn and practice powerful new ways of reacting to stress and increasing their well-being.  Research shows that it can take about 8 weeks to incorporate a new habit into our lives.  In this group coaching program you will be introduced to 3 powerful practices: HeartMath, EFT/Tapping and Havening.  You will have the group support of other women going through the program with you, not only during the live ZOOM sessions but also in a private discussion group.  The HeartMath EmWave2 biofeedback monitor is included and will be used throughout.  There will also be a private website with recordings of the modules to use between sessions.  The group sessions will not be recorded so as to maintain private and emotional safety.

It is necessary that you have an interview with Dr. Minewiser before signing up for this group coaching program. This will be a time to get your questions answered and for us to see if this group is good fit for you.  There is no charge for this meeting.  You will need to complete and sign the Group Coaching Application before you can set up the appointment.  Please also read Standards for Group Coaching before you begin the application.
